+ Updated EC Excel report for energy certificate information transfer to Finnish building energy register.

+ The reporting for SIL 2018 S1 and S2 has an option to calculate with given calculation period. The 
  option is given in each zone on zone advanced tab. The default value (In use) is there "When occupied". 
  The user can give there a different schedule for the SIL calculation time  e.g. "Always".
