+ Possibility to make old 2019 Estonian regulation "https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/107072020012" based 
  calculations and new 2025 Estonian regulation "https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/119032024002" based 
  calculations inside the same localization by using 2019 and 2025 IDA ICE 5.1 building templates.

+ Remade excel EC report “EstEP2019(beta2)” for building code versions 2019 and 2025. Reports revised 
  showing code version labels "2019" and "2025" respectively with different excel sheet background colour 
  for "2025" code reporting.
