  is still valid with regulations "https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/107072020012" in new IDA ICE 5.0 localization.

+ Remade excel report “EstEP2019(beta2)” for building code based EP value reporting in IDA ICE 5.0

+ Exported energy accounting and reporting changed based on RES directive localized in Estonia, but that counting
  is not included in the EP value calculation.

+ Another EP value B calculated without on-site RES electricity.
