New in CFD 5.1.1 (rel. to 5.1)

+ Updated to be compatible with IDA ICE 5.1.1

+ A new workflow is implemented resulting in that multiple CFD cases can be managed within a model, but the cases are
  more detached from the model state.

+ The new workflow implements case creation, deletion and annotation from the ICE interface

+ When saving a model and contained CFD cases, the unpacked file structure is forced

+ CFD cases are saved inside the IDA ICE model file structure

+ A new installation process for the WSL activation is added

+ Possibility to factory reset the WSL distribution from the WSL form

+ Several visualization features and improvements of robustness

+ Change to slightly more robust numerical schemes for the OpenFOAM flow solver

+ Removed the time activated change of numerical schemes after 100 iterations

+ Added a 50 iterations long ramp of the sources representing internal gains to smoothen the CFD simulation startup
