+ New model GHX_Many with the possibility to group boreholes.

+ Pressure drop calculation moved to external (new) component GHXPDROP.nmf .

+ New forms and icons for GHX_Many.

+ Change choosing LiqTypes from list instead of enumeration.

+ Added error meassage if pipes to large for hole.

+ Added error meassage if total number of holes doesn't equals the sum of holes in groups.

+ Added arbitraly number of temperature sensors in the ground.

+ Small bugfixes for the calcualtion of the inner grout.
